Important Information
  • Minimum rental is one week.  Maximum is usually two weeks.  
  • For shorter or longer rental periods, prices agreed through separate negotiation with the owners.
  • Bookings are Saturday to Saturday.
  • A 25% deposit payable to secure booking.
  • Balance payable 6 weeks before travel.
  • A £100 fully refundable payment held as insurance against damage.  This will be refunded after the end of your holiday once checks have been carried out.
  • Charges inclusive of all bed linen, two bath towels per room, t-towels, basic cleaning products and materials, food cupboard basics, gas, electricity and logs used. 
  • Booking and Terms of Agreement documents will be forwarded for completion once confirmation received.  Contact is initially through email, but owners will telephone clients to answer any further enquiries.

Pricing for 2025/2026

HIGH SEASON : Summer – July to End September.  Winter – December to End March       £ 850 per week

LOW SEASON:   April, May, June, October and November                                                                    £750 per week

Offers

Returning guests: 5% reduction for one or two week stays.  Does not apply to returns after a gap of 2 years.
